Description
Het ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport (VWS) heeft in het najaar van 2020 de Nationale Dementiestrategie (NDS) 2021-2030 (Bijlage A) gepubliceerd. Dementie in Kaart (DiK) is hier een essentieel onderdeel van gezien het enerzijds in kaart brengt in welke mate de doelen van de NDS behaald worden, maar daarnaast ook de trends van zorg en ondersteuning voor mensen met dementie in Nederland in kaart brengt. Het doel van deze Opdracht is het huidige DiK te continueren en door te ontwikkelen. € 2.000.000,-
