Achizitia are ca obiect furnizarea de motorina tip EURO 5 fara Biodiesel, necesara pentru efectuarea testelor obligatorii conform programului de testare obligatorie pentru Grupurile Diesel de la CNE Cernavoda, precum si asigurarea unei rezerve minime de motorina, conform Manualului de operare BSI 52300.
