VA Syd är i behov av ett nytt och modernt och användarvänligt CRM-system för ärendehantering inom verksamhetsområden VA och avfallsverksamhet samt interna ärenden. Målet är att upphandla ett system som effektiviserar handläggningen, förbättrar servicen till VA SYDs kunder säkerställer regelefterlevnad och erbjuder goda integrationsmöjligheter med befintliga och framtida system. Systemet möjliggör integrationer till andra IT System.
