E-hälsomyndigheten har idag inget systemstöd för att hantera myndighetens kontaktpersoner. För att underlätta för E-hälsomyndighetens medarbetare avser E-hälsomyndigheten att anskaffa ett CRM-systemet vilket har som huvudsyfte att fungera som en centraliserad plattform för att effektivt lagra och hantera all relevant information relaterad till kunder och olika typer av kontakter.
