Obiectul acestui contract de achiziție, ce urmează a fi atribuit prin prezenta procedură de achiziție, constă în "Creșterea accesibilității pe drumurile județene în Zona Metropolitană Oradea": Potrivit Documentației în faza Proiect Tehnic, sectoarele de drumuri județene proiectate au o lungime totală de 8,751 km la care se adaugă amenajări drumuri laterale pe lungimi variabile, respectiv: Etapa I, Lungime totală = 5,601 km: - DJ767J de la km 0+000 (DN19) la km 5+601 (DJ767K – DN19), L=5,601 km; Etapa II, Lungime totală = 3,150 km: - DJ767 K de la km 0+000 (DJ767J) la km 3+150 (DJ767F), L=3,150 km. Necesitatea lucrărilor propuse în prezentul proiect este în primul rând argumentată de starea fizică precară a sectoarelor de drumuri județene, acestea fiind drumuri județene noi clasificate. Prin realizarea lucrărilor se urmărește îmbunătățirea considerabilă a stării de viabilitatea precum și starea tehnică a părții carosabile, confortul și siguranța utilizatorilor. Durata contractului: 18 luni. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin.
