Description
Le marché est un marché de prestations intellectuelles relatif à la réalisation des prestations suivantes : Création d'une oeuvre artistique numérique ayant pour toile de fond le jardin Fabert à Metz dans le cadre du Festival international « Constellations de Metz » 2026 (cession de droit d'auteur). Le marché est passé selon une procédure adaptée restreinte (Article R2123-1 1° - Inférieure au seuil des procédures formalisées - Code de la commande publique). La consultation est organisée en deux phases distinctes : une phase candidature et une phase avant-projet détaillé. Le marché prendra effet à compter de sa notification, prévue fin janvier 2026, et s'achèvera à l'issue du démontage de l'oeuvre, au plus tard à la mi-septembre 2026
