Solicitarile de clarificari se vor face cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor la sectiunea intrebari in SEAP, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante se va transmite cu cel putin 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari depuse pana la termenul stabilit pentru primirea acestora. Facem mentiunea ca entitatea contractanta va raspunde o singura data tuturor clarificarilor/informatiilor solicitate de toti operatorii economici interesati, in termenul precizat mai sus
