Description
The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract. A new county road 3240 shall be designed and constructed along Holmestrandgaten in the centre of Holmestrand in order to achieve better accessibility in the city centre, as well as establish a functional stand-by road for the E18. The work shall be carried out as a joint contract where Vestfold and Telemark county and Holmestrand municipality are the contracting authority and the builder for a separate part of the contract.
