Description

CORU wish to engage the services of a supplier to provide procurement and project delivery contract support services to the CORU Executive to support the procurement and implementation of a Registrant Management System. This expected timeline (from award of contract to delivery of Registrant Management System) is expected to take 24 months to complete, starting in Q2 2026. The scope of the required procurement support services include: 1. Availability to CORU on a regularly scheduled basis of up to 112.5 hours a month to a maximum of 1,125 hours (150 days) per year, which will include attendance in CORU’s offices as required. 2. Identify potential suppliers and undertake preliminary market engagement, including a comparative analysis of registration system solutions in use by similar regulatory bodies in Ireland and the UK. Prepare a report and a recommendation to senior management on the preferred solution type. 3.
