Description

This notice is a continuation of the prior information notice published under reference 385314-2024 on 28/06/2024. It confirms and supplements the information provided therein and includes additional clarifications and updates concerning the upcoming O&M contract tender procedure for the Copenhagen Metro.The expected publication of the contract notice remains June 2025 or early July 2025. Metroselskabet also still anticipates the tender process to proceed for approximately one year and that the winning tenderer will have approximately 9-­12 months for mobilisation after award of contract prior to the start of operations. Operation under the contract is expected to start in September 2027, and the duration of the contract is expected to be 12 years with one or more options for extension for a total of 3 years (excluding the mobilisation period). With respect to remuneration of the tenderers, it is now expected that a remuneration of EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT is expected to be paid to the prequalified tenderers who submit a compliant final offer, defined here as the tender submission on which the contract award decision is based.
