Description
Se requiere la contratación de una empresa especializada para la prestación de servicios de formación técnica vocacional y desarrollo de competencias complementarias, orientados a fortalecer las oportunidades de inserción laboral y generación de iniciativas de emprendimiento de jóvenes y adultos participantes de las Escuelas Integradoras en los distritos priorizados por la Dirección de Integración. Los servicios deberán ejecutarse mediante la implementación de acciones formativas técnico-vocacionales en diferentes áreas de especialización, incorporando módulos complementarios de emprendimiento y competencias para la empleabilidad, de acuerdo con las características y necesidades de cada formación. Las acciones formativas deberán desarrollarse bajo una metodología estructurada, práctica e inclusiva, que permita fortalecer las competencias técnicas, laborales y emprendedoras de las personas participantes.
