Description
Le Concessionnaire sera chargé de l’exploitation et du développement du réseau de chaleur et de froid urbain du Mirail à Toulouse, y incluant des travaux. Une délibération approuvant le principe d'une délégation de service public pour l'exploitation et la gestion du réseau de chaleur et de froid urbain "du Mirail", sera présentée au Conseil de Métropole du 15 octobre 2025. La durée de la délégation de service public est de 20 ans à compter du 1er février 2027.
