Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la mise en place d'un contrat d'exploitation d'installations de chauffage collectif de type PFI, en vue de la production de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire pour les ensembles immobiliers gérés par CDC Habitat, CDC Habitat social et MEECAM en Ile de France (75/77/91/93/94/95) comprenant tout ou partie des prestations suivantes, comprenant tout ou partie des prestations suivantes : - Conduite des installations et travaux de petit entretien (Prestations P2), à savoir la conduite, la surveillance, le réglage, l'entretien courant, les menues réparations et petites fournitures - Gros entretien et renouvellement des matériels (Prestations P3). Le patrimoine concerné par le contrat est l'ensemble des installations thermiques des résidences de chaque lot tel que défini, à titre indicatif, dans les annexes 1 et 1 bis du CCT.
