Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la mise en place d'un contrat de maintenance et d'entretien des pompes de relevage Eaux usées, Eaux vannes, Pluviales, Hydrocarbures, bassin de rétention sur les ensembles immobiliers gérés par CDC Habitat, CDC Habitat social et MEECAM en Ile de France (75/77/78/91/92/93/94/95). Ce marché comprend tout ou partie des prestations suivantes : - Pompes de relevage eaux usées, eaux vannes, pluviales, hydrocarbures : - La maintenance et l'entretien des pompes de relevage; - Le maintien des conditions de sécurité imposées par les différentes réglementations applicables au présent marché; - La fourniture d'une qualité de service répondant aux exigences décrites dans le présent cahier des charges. Les ensembles immobiliers concernés par le présent marché sont listés et détaillés à l'annexe 1 de l'Acte d'Engagement (AE) de chaque lot.
