Description

Le présent marché a pour objet de mettre en place un contrat d'entretien et de maintenance des ascenseurs, et un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour la réalisation de travaux et services associés concernant des ensembles immobiliers de CDC HABITAT SOCIAL et MEECAM (STUDEFI) situés en Ile-de-France (75/77/78/91/92/93/94/95). - Ce marché comprend : -UNE PARTIE FORFAITAIRE POUR L'ENTRETIEN ET LA MAINTENANCE DES ASCENSEURS ET DES EQUIPEMENTS ASSOCIES ; -UNE PARTIE A BONS DE COMMANDES POUR DES PRESTATIONS DE TRAVAUX AVEC SERVICES avec : -Un Bordereau de Prix unitaires (BPU) relatif à l'Entretien Courant, -Un Bordereau de Prix unitaires (BPU) relatif à la Réalisation de Gros Travaux, -Un Bordereau de Prix unitaires (BPU) relatif au Remplacement complet d'un ascenseur. - Le montant prévisionnel global, tous lots confondus, engagé au titre de la partie à bons de commande, pour la durée totale d'exécution du présent marché, sur lequel s'engage le pouvoir adjudicateur est fixé comme suit : Sans minimum, et avec un maximum fixé à 12 400 000,00 euros HT.
