Description
Le présent marché a pour objet de mettre en place un contrat pour l'entretien de Curage / Détartrage des réseaux d'assainissement et un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour des prestations complémentaires sur les ensembles immobiliers de CDC HABITAT, CDC HABITAT SOCIAL et de MEECAM (STUDEFI) situés en Ile-de-France (75 / 77 / 78 / 91 / 92 / 93 / 94 / 95). Cet entretien est destiné d'une part, à garantir la sécurité des utilisateurs et des intervenants, d'autre part à maintenir les équipements techniques en bon état de conservation afin d'assurer leur bon fonctionnement. La désignation et la nature des ouvrages sont précisées en Annexe 1 à l'acte d'engagement, qui détaille la liste des ensembles immobiliers concernés avec leurs spécificités. Afin de couvrir l'intégralité des besoins de CDC HABITAT, CDC HABITAT SOCIAL, et MEECAM en Ile-de-France, ce marché comprend : - Une partie forfaitaire pour l'entretien de Curage / Détartrage des réseaux d'assainissement, dans le cadre de la maintenance - Une partie à bons de commandes sur bordereau de prix unitaires pour des prestations complémentaires, non compris au forfait.
