Le présent marché porte sur un contrat-cadre pour des prestations de planification dans le domaine spécialisé de la construction de lignes (lignes aériennes, lignes en câbles) de très haute tension. Un contrat-cadre pour des prestations de planification sera conclu avec cinq soumissionnaires au maximum pour un volume total de 9,5 millions de CHF sans garantie d'achat. L'appel des prestations se fait par contrat individuel via la procédure Minitender. La description détaillée des prestations de planification figure dans les documents d'appel d'offres.
