Scopul contractului de furnizare are ca obiect achiziția de APARATURA SI ECHIPAMENTE MEDICALE in conformitate cu cantitatile si specificatiile tehnice din caietul de sarcini pentru a asigura o bună desfășurare a activității medicale din cadrul autorității contractante. Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare este in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I din Fisa de Date, respectiv 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor
