Description
Dublin City Council has directly awarded a contract to GIG Fassaden GmbH for storage services for a period of 18 months with the option to extend by three further periods of six months. The contract was awarded via use of the negotiated procedure without prior call for competition as permitted by Article 32.2.b where the services can only be provided by one economic operator because of an absence of competition for technical reasons.
