Description

This project is for the development of a site at Cairnsfoot Field for a sustainable mixed tenure residential development in accordance with Sligo County Council Development Plan and the Housing for All Action Plan. This is a Competitive Dialogue competition to identify a developer to deliver mixed tenure development on Cairnsfoot Field including 60 no. social units, and 10 no. affordable units.
