Description

The work will include the appointment of a contractor to carry out: - Fire Cert and associated works. - DAC and associated works. - New alterations to the ground floor, reception, and mezzanine. - Essential repair works to the fifth floor to improve insulation and resolve water ingress issues. - Upgrade the fifth floor by removing and raising the existing roof, replacing the external façade with a new louvred façade allowing the floor plate to extend out to the perimeter - Upgrade building fabric and services to meet 2050 energy targets. - Alterations to lower ground floor to include new shared facilities, larger meeting room, changing facilities, etc - Office internal fit-out and new partitions and ceilings are to be upgraded. - MEP works: - Update Fire Alarm - Install Fire Fighting Lift - Install Smoke Extract System - Update Fire Fighting Services Generator - Update Services Local to Core - Ventilation, Water, Lighting - Upgrade M and E services to each floor plate to suit the new building envelope façade design. - Upgrade to M and E central plant (i.e. central heat pump etc.) - Upgrade sub-metering to tenant zones is required. - Provision of PV array to assure compliance with C…
