Contract de furnizare de produse: BENZINĂ FĂRĂ PLUMB 95 ȘI MOTORINĂ EURO 5 (pe bază de bonuri valorice), conform Caiet de Sarcini și Anexa nr. 1 la Caietul de Sarcini, respectiv: - cantitate minimă solicitată/UM/total produse/2025, furnizare produse pentru perioada: 01.05.2025 - 31.12.2025 - cantitate maximă solicitată/UM/total produse/2025+ 4 luni 2026, furnizare produse pentru perioada: 01.05.2025 - 30.04.2026 (aplică prev. art. 165 din ANEXA la H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificări și completări ulterioare) Furnizare total produse/cantitate minimă/pentru perioada : 01.05.2025 - 31.12.2025, cu posibilitate de suplimentare cantități prin aplicare prevederi art.165 din ANEXA la H.G. nr. 395/2016, cu modificări și completări ulterioare. Suplimentarea cantităților este condiționată de existența resurselor financiare alocate cu această destinație. Notă: 1) Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare la 10 zile față de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor 2) Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 15
