Description
Necesitatea asigurarii si adaptarii tratamentului in conformitate cu nevoile pacientilor dializati; achizitionarea de consumabile dializa renala care fac obiectul prezentei proceduri . Cantitatile minime si maxime precum si specificatiile tehnice sunt cele descrise in caietul de sarcini . Acord cadru furnizare materiale sanitare (consumabile si solutii hemodializa compatibile cu aparatele CORDIAX 5008) pentru 36 luni: Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 18 zile, conform art. 160 din Legea 98 /2016. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare, in a 11-a zi inainte de stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea 98 /2016.
