Description
Conform Programului anual de achizitii publice pentru anul 2024, precum si a referatelor de necesitate intocmite de Blocul Operator si Unitatea de Transfuzii , Spitalul Clinic de Recuperare Cluj-Napoca urmează să achizitioneze consumabile medicale pentru sterilizare si unitatea de transfuzii sanguine. Avand in vedere valoarea estimata in lei fara TVA, calculata pentru aceste produse ,conform prevederile art.68 lit.(a) din Lg 98/2016 precum si a prev.art.17 alin.2 din HG395/2016 ,procedura de atribuire propusa pentru acesta achizitie este licitatia deschisă. Procedura de atribuire se va derula online, va fi postata pe www.e-licitatie.ro, in cadrul anunturilor de participare , avand modalitatea de atribuire incheierea de acorduri-cadru cu 3 operatori economici, pe o perioada de 24 de luni. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile
