Con il presente avviso pubblico si intende: - Esperire una verifica delle attuali potenzialità del mercato di riferimento e delle eventuali soluzioni disponibili; - Rilevare l’ effettiva esistenza di più operatori economici potenzialmente interessati alla prestazione dell’upgrade e, relativamente a tale implementazione, di servizi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, assistenza e formazione del personale per gli impianti di scansione radiografica di container cargo (n° 5, modello HCVG 6033 viZual) di proprietà dell’Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli e in grado di svolgere tutte le attività richieste in quanto in possesso dei necessari requisiti; - Garantire la massima pubblicità all’iniziativa stessa, al fine di assicurare la più ampia diffusione delle informazioni e ottenere la più efficace partecipazione da parte dei soggetti interessati. Il presente avviso non è direttamente finalizzato all’aggiudicazione di un contratto e non costituisce – in alcun modo – invito a partecipare a gara pubblica, né offerta al pubblico (ex. art. 1336 c.c.).
