Consultazione preliminare di mercato concernente il servizio di assistenza tecnica e manutenzione full-risk per n. 1 Tomografo Computerizzato GE modello Evolution Evo, in dotazione al Servizio di Radiodiagnostica del PTA di Fasano. Il servizio richiesto, per i motivi di cui in delibera n. 1175 del 06/05/2025 dovrà garantire le caratteristiche originarie di conformità delle apparecchiature ai sensi del D. Lgs. 46/97 e ss.mm in applicazione alla Direttiva 93/42/CEE e/o al Regolamento n. 2017/745 UE concernente i dispositivi medici, nonché l’utilizzo delle apparecchiature medesime in regime di sicurezza in adempimento degli obblighi manutentivi previsti dalla normativa vigente in tema di attrezzature di lavoro ed in particolare del D. Lgs. n. 81/2008, artt. 69 e seguenti. Durata massima del contratto di manutenzione del tipo FullRisk: otto anni con possibilità di recedere dal contratto, previa formale comunicazione con preavviso non inferiore a quindici giorni e fermo restando il pagamento delle prestazioni già eseguite in caso di: messa in fuori del dispositivo e/o il Soggetto aggregatore attivi, durante il periodo contrattuale, il servizio di cui in oggetto ai sensi della DGR n. 7…
