Description
The primary purpose of this assignment is to foster learning and enable Norad to strengthen knowledge management in humanitarian settings. This will contribute towards Norad ensuring that Norwegian humanitarian assistance is knowledge-based and cost-effective. See TOR (Annex 3) for further details.
