Description
Parallel framework agreements for general and total contractors for construction and technical work. The Contracting Authority manages more than 1,000,000 m2 buildings. The buildings are distributed between schools, dental clinics, administration buildings and a smaller number of rented buildings. The framework agreements shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for smaller new buildings, extensions and additions, as well as for renovation, alterations and major maintenance, for projects with a value of up to NOK 25 million excluding VAT.
