Description
The proposed contract is for construction of three ‘employer designed’ rail overbridges on the Limerick to Foynes Railway Line, as advance works for the overall 35km long Foynes to Limerick Road (including Adare Bypass) scheme which will provide improved connectivity between Foynes Port and Limerick. The proposed rail overbridges interface with Ianród Éireann’s live project to reopen the Limerick-Foynes rail line for freight services, due for completion in late 2025
