Description
Construction d'un nouveau bâtiment administratif, rénovation d'un bâtiment administratif. En tant que professionnel spécialisé, l'ingénieur CVCS-MCR prend en charge le traitement des parties d'ouvrages dans les domaines de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, sanitaire, contrôle-commande. Le mandat de l'ingénieur englobe en principe les prestations ordinaires des phases 3 «Etude du projet» (hors avant-projet qui est déjà terminé), 4 «Appel d’offres» et 5 «Réalisation» selon l’art. 3.2.1. SIA 108.
