Description
Construction d'un nouveau bâtiment administratif, rénovation d'un bâtiment administratif. En tant que professionnel spécialisé, l’ingénieur EL prend en charge le traitement de parties d’ouvrages dans les domaines des installations électriques bâtiment (réseaux de distribution, câblage, télécommunication, sécurité, éclairage, etc.). Le mandat de l’ingénieur englobe en principe les prestations ordinaires des phases 3 «Etude du projet», 4 «Appel d’offres» et 5 «Réalisation» selon l’art. 3.2.1. SIA 108. Les prestations ordinaires à fournir dans chacune des phases sont énumérées en détail à l’art. 4 de la SIA 108.
