Description
La consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'Appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le projet consiste en la construction de 48 logements collectifs et de 48 places de stationnement en sous-sol. La rampe d'accès au parking, située sur le lot D2b, est mutualisée avec le D2a. La durée du marché débute à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. A titre indicatif, la durée prévisionnelle du marché est fixée à 24 mois
