Description
Construction d'un collège 600, de 3 logements de fonction, d'un plateau sportif mutualisable, d'un parvis, d'un parking véhicules légers, d'un parking bus, d'une zone de livraison/ cour de service, du raccordement des voiries et des réseaux sur le domaine public. Enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux : 15 600 000 euros HT. Le titulaire se verra confier une mission de base de maîtrise d'oeuvre avec VISA au sens de l'article R. 2431-4 du Code de la commande publique. Cette mission sera complétée par les éléments suivants : DQD, SSI, environnement, synthèse BIM, maquette BIM et exploitation. Les autres éléments de mission pourront faire l'objet d'une négociation ultérieure
