Description

Les repas sont fournis selon la technique dite de liaison froide. Ils sont élaborés, conditionnés et livrés propres à la consommation dans le respect des prescriptions sanitaires et des réglementations d'hygiène et de sécurité. Le titulaire du marché devra mettre à disposition du C.C.A.S. deux véhicules frigorifiques conformes aux normes en vigueur concernant les transports alimentaires en liaison froide. Ces véhicules doivent être climatisés et dotés minimum de chaque côté d'une étagère et seront livrés par le prestataire à Istres
