Expansão de licenciamento das plataformas de monitorização e observabilidade, repartidas por 2 (dois) Lotes, de acordo com os seguintes termos: - O Lote 1 relativo à expansão do licenciamento da plataforma de observabilidade existente na AMA, assegurada pelo software Dynatrace, e respetivos serviços de instalação, parametrização, formação e apoio continuado; - O Lote 2 relativo à expansão do licenciamento da plataforma de monitorização existente na AMA, assegurada pelo software PRTG Network Monitor, migração de outras plataformas de monitorização a descontinuar e os serviços acessórios de suporte da solução de monitorização de infraestrutura de rede e de computação PRTG.
