Description
La présente consultation concerne un concours restreint de Maitrise d'oeuvre en application des articles L.2125-1 2°, R.2162-15 à R.2162-26, R.2432-1 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique. La mission confiée au lauréat du concours est une "Mission de base" avec mission OPC. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux est de 5 440 000 euro(s) HT. La durée du marché débutera à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement des travaux. A titre indicatif, la durée prévisionnelle du marché est fixée à 48 mois. Les prestations seront financées par des prêts PLAI-PLUS. La présente opération concerne la construction d'une résidence sociale destinée aux séniors et aux étudiants. La SDP dévolue au projet est de 4 031m² pour un total de 106 logements collectifs environ dont 36 dédiés aux séniors (PLAI & PLUS) et 70 aux étudiants. L'ensemble immobilier se développe sur 1 bâtiment en R+5 & R+6 et repose sur 2 niveaux de sous-sol commun au lot 6H.b et, renfermant environ 144 places de stationnement dont environ 40 affectés au lot 6H.a.
