Il presente concorso internazionale di idee è finalizzato all’acquisizione di proposte ideative, da remunerare con il riconoscimento di un congruo premio, tese a valorizzare l’area del Foro Umberto I (Foro Italico), la foce del Fiume Oreto nonché una porzione della costa sud di Palermo.
