Oggetto della Concessione è l’affidamento da parte del Concedente in via esclusiva al Concessionario in condizioni di Equilibrio Economico Finanziario, della realizzazione del nuovo Palazzetto dello Sport “Arena di Cantù” nell’omonimo Comune - e successiva gestione dell’Impianto medesimo, con esplicito riferimento alle attività di: • redazione del Progetto Esecutivo dell’Impianto; • esecuzione dei lavori relativi all’impianto secondo le modalità previste dal Capitolato dei Lavori in conformità ai Documenti di Progettazione, ad ogni normativa applicabile, alle Autorizzazioni, alla Convenzione ed in coerenza con il Piano Economico Finanziario; • Gestione dell’Impianto e Erogazione dei Servizi in conformità, inter alia, ad ogni normativa applicabile, alle Autorizzazioni, alla Convenzione e al Capitolato di Gestione ed in coerenza con il Piano Economico Finanziario, per tutta la durata della Fase di Gestione Importo totale presunto € 354.174.300,00 (valore IVA esclusa)
