Il comune di Orbetello rende noto: che è stata trasmessa istanza di concessione demaniale per la riqualificazione dell'approdo di Talamone in porto turistico, dal Consorzio Il Molo di Talamone Ass. Consortile, in data 26.11.2024 con prot. n. 56398/2024; l’istanza e gli elaborati visionabili a corredo sono consultabili al seguente link https://www.comune.orbetello.gr.it/, unitamente agli elaborati del Piano Regolatore del Porto di Talamone. INVITA: Chiunque ne abbia interesse a presentare: l’istanza ai sensi dell’art. 3 e 4 del D.P.R. 509/1997 corredata dagli elaborati previsti dal D.M. 14 aprile 1998 – ovvero - le osservazioni che ritenessero opportune a tutela dei loro eventuali diritti ai sensi dell’art. 4 del D.P.R.509/1997 entro il termine di 90 giorni naturali e consecutivi, a partire dal giorno successivo alla data di pubblicazione del presente avviso sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dell’Unione Europea eventuali richieste di chiarimenti dovranno essere formulate presso il Servizio Demanio Marittimo del Comune di Orbetello mediante indirizzo PEC: protocollo@pec.comuneorbetello.it inserendo nell’oggetto “chiarimenti istanza ai sensi dell’art. 3 del D.P.R. 509/1997”.
