The subject of this concession is the leasing of a kiosk, the managing and maintaining of public convenience at King George V Recreational Grounds, Floriana, and the daily opening and closing of King George V Gardens and Sir Luigi Preziosi Gardens gates at the times stipulated in these Terms of Reference with reduced environmental impact.
