Description
Consultation engagée pour l'attribution d'un contrat de concession (délégation de service public) ayant pour objet l'exploitation de la piscine municipale pour une durée de 5 ans. Procédure restreinte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 1411-1 et suivants du CGCT et R. 1411-1 et suivants du CGCT, ainsi qu'à l'article L. 1121-3 et à la troisième partie du Code de la commande publique. La procédure se déroulera en deux phases : - Une phase candidatures sur la base des critères de sélection définis à l'article 5.1.9 du présent avis, au terme de laquelle seront désignés les candidats admis à présenter une offre. - Une phase sélection des offres. Une invitation à remettre une offre ainsi que les pièces complémentaires de la consultation seront adressés via le profil acheteur www.maximilien.fr, à tous les candidats retenus lors de la phase candidatures.
