Description

L'Autorité concédante confie au Concessionnaire la gestion et l'exploitation des services publics de mobilité et de transport de voyageurs dont la consistance et les modalités d'exploitation sont définies ci-après dans la présente Convention et ses Annexes. Le Concessionnaire a la responsabilité de la mise en oeuvre desdits services et en supporte la charge financière à ses risques et périls dans les conditions et limites prévues par le Contrat
