L'accord-cadre composite comprend une partie à bons de commande avec maximum passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique et qui donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande, et une partie marché à tranches conclu en application des articles R. 2113-4 à R. 2113-6 du Code de la commande publique. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges.Les prestations sont réglées par un prix global et forfaitaire et par application, aux quantités réellement exécutées, de prix unitaires dont le libellé est donné dans le bordereau des prix unitaires, selon les stipulations de l'acte d'engagement
