Description

Sélection d'un concessionnaire pour la réalisation de l'opération selon les modalités relatives au régime des Zones d'Aménagement Concerté : l'opération d'aménagement dite "ZAC TERRE DE PLACE" présente un programme prévisionnel de construction de 70 logements diversifiés sur un périmètre opérationnel d'environ 2,8 ha au sein de la commune de Saint-Dionisy. La présente consultation vise à la passation du traité de concession correspondant avec un aménageur-concessionnaire. Cette consultation se conforme à la procédure afférente aux concessions d'aménagement avec transfert de risque financier au concessionnaire dans le respect des articles L.300-4 et suivants et R.300-4 0 R.300-9 du code de l'urbanisme ainsi que du livre III du code de la commande publique relatif aux concessions
