Description
La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de conception-réalisation dans le cadre d'une opération de réhabilitation thermique de cent vingt-six (126) logements sur la Résidence Saint-Charles à VERSAILLES (78). Cette consultation est passée selon la procédure du dialogue compétitif, conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-5 et R. 2124-3 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent marché prévoit dix (10) tranches optionnelles. Le présent marché prévoit une variante obligatoire. La durée globale d'exécution est de trente-trois (33) mois, à compter de la notification du marché, laquelle vaut ordre de service de démarrage de la phase Conception
