Description
La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de conception réalisation dans le cadre d'une opération de réhabilitation de cent soixante-huit (168) logements de la Résidence Abel GUYET à PLAISIR (78). La présente consultation est un marché de conception réalisation permettant, conformément à l'article L.2171-2 du Code de la commande publique, à l'Acheteur de confier à un opérateur économique une mission portant à la fois sur l'établissement des études et l'exécution des travaux. Cette consultation est passée selon la procédure du dialogue compétitif, conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-5 et R. 2124-3 du Code de la commande publique. La durée globale d'exécution est de vingt-six (26) mois, à compter de la notification du marché, laquelle vaut ordre de service (OS) de démarrage de la Phase de conception
