Il s'agit de la conception et réalisation de structures métalliques pour le Corso du mimosa, manifestation se tenant une fois par an le 1er week-end de février. Cette consultation fait suite à une précédente consultation déclarée sans suite en raison d'une erreur d'estimation du besoin et par conséquent d'une insuffisance des mesures de publicité mises en oeuvre.
