Description
La présente consultation concerne la relance du lot 15 "Distribution de magazines en boîte aux lettres sur le territoire communal" suite à résiliation, les autres lots étant en cours d'exécution. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les montants estimés correspondent aux montants maximums annuels. En cas d'atteinte du seuil maximum prévu au marché, il peut être reconduit de manière anticipée pour une nouvelle période d'un an. La durée de l'accord-cadre sera ainsi réduite au prorata des mois anticipés. Le pouvoir adjudicateur informe par écrit le titulaire de cette reconduction anticipée
