Acord-cadru/acorduri-cadru privind achizitia produselor : Lot 1 „Complet de protecție impermeabil” - 121 cpl, Lot 2 „Complet de protecție avansată/impermeabil autonom” - 45 cpl, Lot 3 „Complet de protecție avansată/impermeabil cu filtro ventilație” - 393 cpl,. Durata: maxim 6 ani Valoarea estimată totală a achizițiilor, pentru întreaga durată a acordului-cadru: 16.387.320,00 lei. Valoarea estimată, pentru fiecare lot în parte: -lot nr. 1 – 2.715.240,00 lei; -lot nr. 2 – 1.445.850,00 lei; -lot nr. 3 – 12.226.230,00 lei; Încheierea acordului-cadru/produs (lot): cu un singur operator economic. Posibilitatea de a relua competiţia cu semnatarii acordului cadru: NU. Divizare pe loturi: DA. Oferta poate fi depusă pentru unul sau mai multe loturi. Atribuirea se va face pentru fiecare lot în parte. Ofertanţii vor specifica OBLIGATORIU, în scrisoarea de înaintare (Secţiunea Formulare Etapa I-Formular nr. 1), lotul/loturile pentru care depun ofertă. Numărul estimat de contracte subsecvente ce urmează a se încheia în perioada de derulare a acordurilor cadru: 1 - 6.
