Description
In this competition we shall enter into framework agreements for day centre services for persons over the age of 18 with disabilities. Day centre services are an offer of activities for persons with disabilities. The activities will vary from adapted activities with a lot of facilitation and assistance with more independent work activities. The service shall take care of the persons ́needs for practical assistance and training and health care. The paramount aim is that the persons have a day offer that attend to each individual ́s interests, function and capability, independence, participation and quality of life. The target group is persons over 18 years with disabilities and others with similar needs who are granted a day centre as a health and welfare service. The persons can have different degrees of disabilities. Some may have additional difficulties, such as mental and/or somatic health challenges. The persons need to participate in activity during the day, but have too bad a function level to be in normal facilitated work through NAV.
